Healthy life
For a healthy life, there are four of the following, namely, doing physical aktivii sweat in other words, the second of healthy eating according to the food pyramid recommendations Malaysia, intelligent handle stress and not smoking.
Consistent physical activity
Physical activity is bodily movement and it uses energy. This activity can provide health with the elimination of toxins through sweat. It is fundamental to improving the health and quality of life. Also capable of physical fitness and mental alertness.
Besides this activity reduces the risk of various diseases caused increasingly complex lifestyle and unhealthy diet.
